Austin Elder was born and raised in San Antonio and grew up in a real estate family, spending his teenage years running signs for his parents’ listings and learning the business long before he ever closed a loan. Real estate isn’t a career shift for him, it’s a lifelong environment.

He started on the operations side of mortgages, where he learned how loans really move behind the scenes. That ops foundation keeps his files tight, his communication sharp, and his clients ahead of every step.

Now, with several years of originating under his belt, Austin specializes in FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and investment financing. He breaks down complex numbers with simple, clear logic and always looks for the smartest structure for every scenario.

Outside the office, he’s running ultra-marathons, bouldering, shooting film, or trying to keep Rocky, his Olde English Bulldog, from taking over the home office.
